Element14 First To Stock Automotive-Grade IHLD Dual Inductors From Vishay Intertechnology For class D Amplifier Circuits

New series of AEC-Q200-qualified IHLD dual inductors offering excellent inductance stability and board space-saving, are available from element14 for electronics design and production

element14 has expanded its portfolio of high-temperature IHLD dual inductors from Vishay Intertechnology, a world leader in discrete semiconductors; including diodes and MOSFETs, and passive electronic components; resistors, inductors and capacitors.

The AEC-Q200-qualified range of low-profile, high-current dual inductors in 3232 and 4032 case sizes offers a high operating temperature range to +155 °C, with high resistance to thermal shock, moisture, mechanical shock and vibration.

Optimized for automotive and commercial class D amplifier circuits, the IHLD dual inductor reduces board space requirements by combining two inductors in one 9.75mm by 9.14mm package and offers improved performance over multiple individual inductors, and the lowest DCR/μH available in this package size.

Designed for excellent inductance stability over temperature and DC current, the dual inductor provides high-quality sound and low harmonic distortion due to linear saturation performance. The inductor pair is designed with very low coupling for minimal cross-talk between inductors.

Built on Vishay’s IHLP® technology, the dual inductor offers maximum DCR from 29.2 mΩ to 159.43 mΩ, inductance from 5 µH to 33 µH, and rated current to 6.0 A; available at- link
