Element14 Becomes official Manufacturer Of BeagleBoard.org’s BeagleBone Black

element14 today confirmed that it has been approved as an official manufacturer of the original BeagleBone Black, one of the most popular open source hardware platforms ever developed.

The BeagleBone Black will be manufactured by Premier Farnell’s wholly owned subsidiary Embest Technology. Embest Technology has extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of single board computers and will provide volume manufacturing capacity for the BeagleBone Black.
