Dimension Data Receives 2015 Thailand Unified Communication System Integrator of the Year Award from Frost & Sullivan

Dimension Data, the USD 6.7 billion global ICT solutions and services provider, was yesterday awarded the 2015 Demension Data_ITVoiceThailand Unified Communication System Integrator of the Year award from Frost & Sullivan, a global growth consulting company.

Frost & Sullivan said that the award recognised the system integrator that has shown exemplary growth and performance in 2014 in Thailand. The contenders of the award were evaluated based on revenue and revenue growth in Unified Communication applications, market share and market share gain, UC strategy and portfolio diversity and key achievements.

Harsh Upadhyay, Industry Analyst, ICT Practice Asia Pacific at Frost & Sullivan said that despite a competitive market scenario, Dimension Data was able to grow at above the average market rate due to strong relationships in key global accounts and entry into new local accounts.

“Dimension Data recorded an exceptional growth in 2014, outperforming its competitors in the Thai Unified Communications market,” he said, adding that strong local relationships coupled with global delivery expertise helped the system integrator bag multiple projects from domestic and global companies across verticals, with a stronghold in manufacturing and banking domain.

The prolonged list of satisfied customers is a testament to Dimension Data’s performance, Upadhyay said.
