Mr. Warren-Smith has over 17 years of professional experience and has been associated with DDI as a senior business leader for 7 years in diverse and complex roles spanning general management, business development and consulting disciplines across multiple geographies; Australia, Mainland China and Hong Kong. At DDI, Andrew has been responsible for driving expansion in these international markets by conceptualizing and implementing key client engagement & marketing initiatives to support DDI’s strategic business priorities; whilst building people and system capabilities to sustain high levels of growth.

As the Managing Director, Mr. Warren-Smith’s primary focus will be to strengthen DDI’s overall strategic position and build DDI’s competitive advantage in the talent management space in India. Additionally, as the Director of Affiliate Operations, Mr. Warren-Smith will continue to lead and drive DDI’s global affiliate strategy through efficient management of affiliate partners in Asian markets, Chile, Turkey, South Africa, Indonesia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining DDI in 2006, Andrew has spent much of his career in the human capital industry working closely with senior members of client organizations primarily on issues of executive education, talent management, leadership development, and workforce optimization. Andrew co-founded and led one of South Africa’s earliest private business schools, working across a number of geographies including South Africa, United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.Β  During this time he provided development and consultancy services to a broad range of clients within the banking, automobile, finance, packaging, IT, telecommunications, and construction sectors.
