Delta IT Network Deploys Yealink-Powered VC Collaboration Room; Redefines Smart Meeting Spaces for Client

Delta IT Network recently wrapped up the setup of a newly upgraded video-conferencing (VC) Collaboration Room for one of its corporate clients. The team went with Yealink’s latest equipment to refresh the entire space, mostly focusing on making meetings easier and more dependable. The idea wasn’t to build something overly fancy — just a clean, simple, and reliable room where people can sit and talk without dealing with the usual tech disruptions.

The upgraded room has better camera positioning, cleaner cable routing, and improved acoustics. None of these changes are dramatic on their own, but together they make the room feel much smoother to use. The video looks clearer, voices sound more natural, and the space overall feels more organized than before. People don’t have to fight with echo issues or adjust the camera multiple times, which used to break the flow of meetings earlier.
A spokesperson from Delta IT Network mentioned,Our goal was honestly to make the room behave like it should. You walk in, start the call, and things just work. That’s it. We worked on the little things like where the camera sits, how sound travels in the room, even how the cables should run. These details make the actual difference when the meeting is happening.”

This installation also shows Delta IT Network’s growing experience in building simple but effective collaboration environments. Over the last few years, with hybrid and remote work becoming normal in most companies — especially around Delhi–NCR — organizations have started looking for meeting rooms that don’t require too much thinking or setup. People want rooms that anyone can use without calling IT support each time.
Most companies now prefer a VC room that is more “walk in and start talking” rather than “figure out how everything works first.” And that’s what Delta IT Network tried to deliver here. The team also spent some time helping the client’s employees understand the switches, settings, and basic controls, so nobody gets stuck during a live call. That small onboarding made things easier for the client’s teams from day one.

According to the client, meetings feel smoother already. The audio is clear enough that people don’t have to repeat themselves, and the camera now covers the room properly instead of cutting someone out of the frame. These improvements, while technical, have a real impact on productivity. People save a few minutes in each meeting, and that adds up.

This project also reflects a broader shift. Offices nowadays are redesigning their meeting rooms not only for physical discussions but also for hybrid communication. Having a reliable video-conferencing room isn’t considered a luxury anymore — it’s almost a necessity for day-to-day work. With technology changing fast, businesses are looking for setups that stay relevant for a while instead of becoming outdated within a year.

Delta IT Network aims to continue building such practical, future-ready collaboration setups for companies across India.
