Dell unveils new range of products at CES 2017

56377224-1Dell has introduced numerous new products, all powered by Windows 10 and Intel’s latest 7th-gen Core processors, at the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. These include the Canvas, XPS 13 2-in-1, XPS 27 AIO and more.

The Dell Canvas laptop features a 27-inch Quad HD display of 2560×1440 pixel resolution. The display is protected with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass. The laptop supports 20 point multitouch and incorporates a Dell Canvas Pen for drawing. The device also supports various productivity-centric software solutions including Adobe, Autodesk, AVID, Dassault Systems and SolidWorks. The laptop bears is priced at $2000 and will go on sale from March 2017.

The XPS 13 is a 2-in-1 that offers a 360-degree hinge which enables users to use the device in multiple positions. It has a claimed battery life of up to 15 hours. The hybrid comes in two variants – 13.3-inch Full-HD (1920×1080 pixel) InfinityEdge display or 13.3-inch QuadHD+ (3200×1800 pixel) InfinityEdge touch display.

It is powered by a 7th gen Intel Core CPU. The laptop will be exclusively on Dell.com at a starting price of $999.99, later this month.

The XPS 15 is a 2-in-1 which comes in two variants in terms of display – 15.6-inch Full-HD (1920×1080 pixel) InfinityEdge or UltraSharp Ultra HD (3840×2160 pixel) InfinityEdge touch display. It is also powered by a 7th gen Intel Core processor paired with 8GB of RAM which can be configured to 16GB or 32GB. In terms of internal storage, the options available include 500GB HDD+32GB Flash, 1TB HDD+32GB Flash, 256GB/512GB or 1TB SSD.

This one also comes with a fingerprint reader and is priced at $999.99.

The Dell XPS 27 AIO comes in two variants in terms of the display — 27-inch UltraSharp 4K UHD (3840×2160 pixel) touch display or UltraSharp 4K UHD (3840×2160 pixel) InfinityEdge display. The device runs Windows 10 and is powered by 6th gen Core i5/i7 processor and Intel HD Graphics 530. It will be available later this month at a price tag of $ 1,499.99.

Dell also unveiled its ultra thin Latitude 7280 and Latitude 7480 laptops in 12.5-inch and 14-inch screen sizes respectively. Both devices are powered by 7th gen Intel Core vPro processor along with Intel graphics. The devices run either of Windows 10, Ubuntu or NeoKylin.
