Dell has launched an instant payment platform for customers to upgrade the warranty on Dell PCs.
The upgrade will be available on Dell Inspiron notebook, Inspiron desktop and Vostro notebook models only till 45 days from the retail invoice date.
According to the company, partners and customers can visit the www.dellwarrantyextension.co.in website for warranty extension needs. The extended warranty covers all the services covered under Dell’s standard warranty period.
The additional warranty prices range from Rs 2,999 for 1 year to Rs 9,999 for 3-years.
For Dell’s retail partners, the new offering will eliminate key challenges like advance payments, tracking of cards and reporting, expiration dates, backend registration and activation processes. Retailers will be able to offer customers attractive price points on warranty extension requirement, Dell said.
