Dell Infrastructure Chosen To Support SAP HANA ERP Solution

Dell affirms that Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., leading Real Estate Company in India, has chosen an end-to-end solution comprising of SAP HANA ERP solution backed by Dell servers, storage and networking infrastructure. The company chose Dell as the preferred solution provider because of its expertise in SAP solutions and in providing end-to-end support to the company.

Prestige Group was looking at the deployment of a foolproof ERP solution to support the growth and expansion of its business.  Dell was chosen among other vendors for its flexibility and ease of deployment. The solution also displayed lower power & cooling cost as compared to competition. Prestige realized Dell’s expertise in SAP, overall sizing, architecture and solution offered.

The solution consisted of 6* SAP HANA Nodes along with virtualized infrastructure to run both Non HANA DB & Application servers. The SAP HANA solution was backed on Dell infrastructure which included the latest platform of FX with 3*FC630, scale out hybrid storage (Dell Equal Logic PS6210XS), data center network (6*R920 HANA Nodes) and Dell Implementation Services.
