Dell India announced the Dell India Partner Awards at the Partner Summit

Dell India announced the Dell India Partner Awards at the Partner Summit that was recently concluded in Bangalore. The awards were distributed in recognition of outstanding partnerships and Business Achievements of Dell’s Channel Partners over the financial year 2012-2013. Channel Partners from different regions in India were awarded across 14 award categories to mark their excellent contributions to revenue and growth.


The Dell India Partner Summit is an initiative by Dell’s Global Commercial Channel (GCC), which is Dell’s single point of contact for all its Channel Partners. The Summit brought together 50 of its top performing Partners on one platform with the management team of Dell to engage in productive discussions and knowledge share sessions. The event was themed ‘GCC’s Journey in India’ to celebrate the fast-paced expansion of GCC in India in the past two years and  focused on bringing out Dell’s Partner Motto of ‘Better Together’ by personally addressing the challenges of the channel partners and working at solutions that are mutually profitable.

The Channel Partners were awarded not only for their valuable contribution to the Dell business, but for consistently sharing Dell’s vision of providing end-to-end IT solutions for Dell’s customers. The awards also continue to reinforce Dell’s commitment to our channel partners in India.Ajay Kaul, Director & General Manager, Global Commercial Channel, Dell India said: “We are grateful to the Channel Partners for their contribution to the Dell business. These awards are our way of saying ‘thanks’ to our most committed and profitable channel partners. We hope to make the Dell Channel better together by continuing to strengthen this relationship.”

The Partners were judged on three main criteria: their growth, total revenue generated and the enterprise mix. VSM Technologies based out of New Delhi won the Partner of the Year award. Channel Partners were awarded separately across three regions in India -North (including North and East India), West and South as well for their excellence in the distribution of specific solutions.
