Communication Links – Winner of the Reseller of the Year Award by Kaspersky Lab
Kaspersky Lab conducted its 7th Annual Kaspersky Lab APAC 
Partner Conference with the theme ‘Change. Evolve. Win.’ in Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm, from 27th April to 30th April, 2015 to celebrate the success and hard work of all their partners. During this event, Kaspersky Lab announced ‘Communication Links’ as the Winner of the ‘Reseller of the Year Award’.
Communications Links aka ComLinks is one of the large partners of Kaspersky Lab in India since 2006. ComLinks was recognized for its investment in Kaspersky solutions, dedication to selling Kaspersky’s Enterprise solutions, as well as its overall performance in revenue, deal registration, technical and marketing investments, certifications and specializations.
Mr. Mathew Tharakan, Sr. Managing Partner – ComLinks and Mr. Naveen Singh, Managing Partner – ComLinks, accepted the award. Commenting on the occasion Mr. Naveen Singh said, “This award is a result of the dedication towards Kaspersky Lab team. We are really proud to be the first ones to have certified engineers working on Kaspersky. No other partner has certified to the level of consultants of Kaspersky, which we have. We are totally independent in terms of our services, we have excellent skilled headcounts which is an even and proportionate mix of support, sales and administrative staff. We are thus able to deliver our best and bag the Kaspersky award this year which means a lot to us.”
In deciding on the winner in the nomination of ‘Reseller of the Year’, Kaspersky Lab’s officials evaluated on a lot of parameters such as the level of services and effectiveness of the of customer satisfaction in the implementation of Kaspersky solutions, number of licenses ordered, renewal of the licenses, their commitment to the brand, quality support and feedback from our customers. Each of these parameters was assessed objectively to give the award to the one who deserved the most.
