Channel Partners Reap Benefits from GIGABYTE Service Centers

Channel partners of GIGABYTE Technology (India) Pvt. Ltd have gone on record about the benefits they are reaping from the company’s Exclusive Service Centers set up in H2 2012. They feel the centers’ proximity to regional IT market hubs, ample availability of buffer stock, high-end repair machines backed by skilled engineers, have managed to bring in a novelty to the Indian IT hardware post-sales support scenario – all resulting in immense benefits to them and their businesses.

Irrespective of the regions they operate in, they have witnessed substantial increase in the sale of GIGABYTE motherboards, which in turn, have also contributed to a corresponding growth in their business as well. “Our quarterly sales of GIGABYTE motherboards have increased by over 100%, thanks to the newly opened GIGABYTE Service Center that also acts as their regional service in Eastern India,” says Sandeep Biyani of Suntronic Systems, a Kolkata-based GIGABYTE Premium Partner. “We are now consistently selling more than 6,000 GIGABYTE boards per quarter, compared to about 2,500 previously,” added Biyani.
