Celkon Unveiles Budget Device Named Campus Q405 @ Rs. 3199

Celkon has recently unveiled a budget device named Campus Q405. Celkon_Campus_Q405At Rs. 3199, the phone is said to be one of the cheapest Android KitKatbased smartphones in India. Celkon had previously introduced Campus A359 and Campus A518 for Rs. 2350 and Rs. 4500 respectively.

Campus Q405 comes embedded with a 10cm (4 inch) WVGA IPS display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The phone has 512MB RAM and 4GB ROM which can apparently be expanded up to 32GB via microSD. Campus Q405 operates on a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731 processor and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat. Powered by a 1500mAh battery, the device weighs around 137 grams.

The 3G-enabled smartphone’s connectivity options also include WiFi 802.11b/g/n, GPS, and Bluetooth. Featuring a 3.2MP rear camera with LED flash and 1.3MP front camera to capture selfies, the handset will be available exclusively via Snapdeal in black.

With lots of pocket-friendly smartphones introduced in market, the usage of such phones is likely to rise. Located in Hyderabad and established in 2009, Celkon has emerged to be the sixth largest mobile handset firm in India.
