Building a Trusted Household Electronics Brand: Foxin’s Vision for Innovation, Quality, and Growth

In this exclusive interview, Harshika Seksaria shares Foxin’s long-term vision of becoming a trusted household electronics brand in India. She highlights how consumer-centric innovation, strong channel partnerships, and a focus on quality-driven affordability are helping Foxin scale across categories, regions, and evolving digital lifestyles.

IT Voice- Foxin operates across wearables, mobile accessories, entertainment products, and computer peripherals – what is your overarching vision for the brand?

Harshika Seksaria- Our vision is to build Foxin into a trusted, household electronics brand in India – one that consumers instinctively associate with reliability, performance, and contemporary design. Across every category we enter, the focus remains the same: delivering meaningful technology that enhances everyday life. We want Foxin to be the brand people grow with – at home, at work, and on the move.

IT Voice- How do you maintain innovation and product relevance in such a fast-evolving and competitive electronics market?

Harshika Seksaria- Innovation today is not just about adding features – it is about solving real consumer pain points. We stay close to market feedback, study usage behavior, and continuously refine our products. Our teams work with a mindset of practical innovation, bringing in the right technology at the right time, ensuring it is stable, durable, and truly useful for the end consumer.

Additionally, with our presence now spanning over 10 lakh pincodes across India, we gain deep, diverse insights into regional needs, usage patterns, and expectations. This wide reach enables us to stay highly relevant, responsive, and adaptive in a fast-evolving and competitive electronics market.

IT Voice- What key consumer trends are currently shaping Foxin’s product roadmap, especially in wearables?

Harshika Seksaria- We’re seeing a strong shift toward wireless convenience, multi-device compatibility, fast charging, and minimalist design. Consumers want products that integrate seamlessly into their lifestyle. There’s also a growing demand for aesthetic-led electronics, especially among younger consumers, which is influencing both our design language and color palettes.

This has led us to explore softer, refined pastel color palettes, a direction that directly inspired the design of our Foxin Flow Wireless Mouse, blending functionality with a calm, modern aesthetic that feels premium yet approachable.

IT Voice- With intense competition in mobile accessories, how does Foxin differentiate itself on quality and value?

Harshika Seksaria- Our differentiation lies in balanced engineering. We don’t chase the cheapest price or overload products with features that compromise longevity. Instead, we invest in quality components, rigorous testing, and thoughtful design, ensuring customers receive dependable products that offer true value over time. This approach builds long-term trust rather than short-term sales.

IT Voice- Could you share insights into Foxin’s multi-entertainment division and its growth potential?

Harshika Seksaria- Foxin’s multi-entertainment portfolio provides a personal and immersive experience by integrating its Vision Projector series (Vision 610, 510 & 500) and high-performance monitors designed for office productivity, CCTV surveillance, and 2K gaming for professional and competitive gamers. By delivering affordable yet premium-feeling visual, audio, and power hardware, Foxin focuses on enhancing everyday extraordinary experiences, whether you are at home or at work.

IT Voice- How important is affordability without compromising quality in Foxin’s product strategy?

Harshika Seksaria- Affordability is central to our philosophy, but never at the cost of reliability. Indian consumers are extremely value-conscious and discerning, and today, they are increasingly more quality-sensitive than price-sensitive. They are willing to invest more when they see clear value in better quality and performance.

Our responsibility is to offer accessible technology that performs consistently. Every Foxin product goes through strict quality benchmarks to ensure customers feel confident in their purchase, regardless of the price point, because true affordability lies in long-term reliability and performance, not just a lower upfront cost.

IT Voice- What role do channel partners and distribution networks play in expanding Foxin’s market reach across India?

Harshika Seksaria- Channel partners are critical to our growth story. They help us understand regional demand, consumer behavior, and local preferences. A strong distribution network enables Foxin to maintain availability, service support, and brand presence across both urban and emerging markets. We see our partners as long-term collaborators in building the brand. We are happy to share that Foxin is supported by a robust network of 4,500+ dealers and distributors across India, enabling us to scale responsibly while staying closely connected to the market at every level.

IT Voice- How is Foxin addressing the growing demand from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities?

Harshika Seksaria- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are among the fastest-growing electronics markets in India. We address this growing demand through targeted product assortments, competitive pricing, strong regional distribution, and improved service accessibility. Today, Foxin has over 95+ service centers across India, specifically enabling us to cater effectively to consumers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities with faster support and reliable after-sales service.

These consumers are highly tech-aware and aspirational, and Foxin is well-positioned to serve them with dependable, modern electronics. In addition, our own D2C website allows us to connect directly with consumers, understand their needs better, and deliver a seamless end-to-end brand experience right from purchase to support.

IT Voice- What steps is Foxin taking to strengthen quality assurance and customer trust across its product portfolio?

Harshika Seksaria- Quality assurance at Foxin begins right at the design stage. We follow a structured approach that includes multi-level testing, stringent vendor audits, and continuous post-launch performance tracking to ensure consistent product reliability across our portfolio.

Equally important is our focus on after-sales experience. Through Foxin Care, we offer clear warranty policies, responsive customer support, and an accessible service ecosystem that ensures customers feel supported well beyond the point of purchase. Customer feedback is taken seriously and directly feeds into product refinements and future development, helping us continuously improve while reinforcing long-term trust in the Foxin brand.

IT Voice- How does Foxin align with the Make in India initiative and local manufacturing opportunities?

Harshika Seksaria- We strongly support the Make in India initiative and are actively exploring increased local sourcing and manufacturing partnerships. Local production not only strengthens supply chains but also enables better quality control, faster innovation cycles, and price stability. Additionally, all Foxin packaging is 100% made in India, reinforcing our commitment to supporting domestic industries across the value chain. This approach is a strategic direction that aligns seamlessly with national priorities and our long-term vision of sustainable, responsible brand growth.

IT Voice- What are the biggest challenges and opportunities you see in India’s IT and electronics hardware industry today?

Harshika Seksaria- The biggest challenge in India’s IT and electronics hardware industry is keeping pace with rapid technological change while maintaining consistent quality and cost efficiency. However, this very challenge also represents the biggest opportunity.

India’s accelerating digital adoption, the rising purchasing power of the middle class, and a large, tech-savvy youth population are creating massive demand for reliable, well-priced technology at scale. Alongside this, there is significant untapped opportunity in product design, from smarter ergonomics and intuitive user experiences to aesthetics that match global standards while catering to Indian usage conditions.

Brands that invest not only in technology, but also in thoughtful, functional, and aspirational product design, while building trust through quality and service, will lead the next phase of growth in India’s electronics ecosystem.

IT Voice- Looking ahead, where do you see Foxin positioned in the Indian market over the next 3-5 years?

Harshika Seksaria- In the next 3-5 years, we see Foxin positioned as the number one IT hardware brand in India, known for unquestionable product quality and the best after-sales support, becoming the first choice for consumers, businesses, and channel partners alike. We want Foxin to be the brand people rely on when performance matters and expectations are high. Because extraordinary goals deserve extraordinary technology Foxin, For Extraordinary Individuals
