Bihar’s ruling Janata Dal-United Thursday expelled senior leader Shivanand Tiwari

tiwariJust days after reports of rebellion, which fizzled out soon, in the Rashtriya Janata Dal, now there’s trouble in the party of Lalu’s arch rival Nitish Kumar.

In a decisive step, the JD(U) has expelled as many four rebel MPs from the Lok Sabha and one from the Rajya Sabha.

The Lok Sabha members who have been expelled are Jainarain Nishad, Purnmasi Ram, Sushil Kumar Singh and Mangani Lal Mandal. Outgoing Rajya Sabha MP Shivanand Tiwari has also been expelled from the party.
