BenQ Retains No.1 Position In Indian Projector Market With More Than 19% Share:Report

Benq logoBenQ is once again rated as the No.1 player in the Indian Projector Market with 19.11 % market share as per the report released by world’s top rated specialist research and consulting firm Futuresource Consulting for the year 2014.  BenQ have further strengthened its market leadership growing from a market share of 17.2% in 2013 to 19.11 % in 2014.

As stated in the report, Indian Projector market is highly fragmented with more than 20 MNC brands currently operating.  As per the estimated by Future source Consulting , in 2014, projector market in India has grown at 8% in volume Year-on-Year in 2014 with a total unit sales of 232K projectors.

Apart from the overall market leadership, BenQ emerged as a leader in both SVGA Projector segment with 27.4% market share and Short Throw Projectors segment with 53.7% market share.
