BenQ India announced its renewed focus for India market for the year 2015. The announcement was made during two day visit of Adams Lee, President, BenQ Asia Pacific Corporation to Delhi to attend its annual sales & marketing conference, Xcelerate 2015.
Globally, BenQ continues to stand at No. 1 position in DLP technology for projectors, claiming 33.7% market share from Q1-Q3 2014. BenQ in India has maintained its leadership position in projector segment offering widest range of products in the industry. Overall, we are looking to increase revenue of BenQ India by 50 per cent primarily driven by growth in Hi-end Monitors. BenQ will focus on Large Screen, Gaming and Vertical Application monitors in 2015”. Commenting on the attention drawn towards the projector business, Mr. Singh further added, “We are increasing focus on Projector business by phasing in cost competitive 3D models in main stream XGA and expanding the current range by including feature-rich models in Home Entertainment, Pro AV and Ultra Short-Throw segments.
