Asus ZenFone Max Plus (M1) with bezel-less display launched

Taiwanese smartphone maker Asus has launched another bezel-less smartphone ZenFone Max Plus (M1) in Europe. This is the second bezel-less smartphone of the company, first being the Pegasus 4S, which was launched in China recently. The Asus ZenFone Max Plus (M1) is priced at 300 Euros and is up for sale in the region.
Like all the other Zenfone Max smartphones, the ZenFone Max Plus (M1) also packs a big battery. The smartphone houses a 4130mAh battery which promises to offer 26 hours of talk time on a 3G network or 13 hours of video playback on a single charge. The smartphone also comes pre-loaded with the company’s PowerMaster technology which claims to increase the battery life of the smartphone by two times.
The Asus ZenFone Max Plus (M1) sports a 5.7-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2160 pixels resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone runs Android 7.1 Nougat operating system and is powered by a MediaTek MT6750T processor.
The smartphone comes with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage which can be expanded further by adding a microSD card. The dual SIM smartphone boasts of a dual rear camera setup with 16MP and 8MP modules. The primary 16MP camera has 120-degree wide-angle lens with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. On the other hand, the secondary 8MP camera comes with f/2.0 aperture. There is also an 8MP front shooter for the selfie enthusiasts. The camera also offers features like smoothing, toning, eye correction, lightening and others.
The smartphone is available in Black Wave, Azure Silvery, and Sunny Golden colour options and offers 4G, VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.
Recently, Asus launched its Zenfone V smartphone in US. The main highlight of the smartphone is its 23MP rear camera with Sony IMX318 sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 4-axis OIS and dual tone LED flash.
