The new toll-free number 1800-123-2022 is already operational and is open to Indian channel partners and end users who can seek technical support or after-sales service from Asia Powercom.
A user just need to call on the toll free number and Asia Powercom provides the complete service related query of a user by locating the service center nearest to the user even in remote areas and providing the solution.
The toll-free service is a pan-India service and the team is trained to offer tech support, L1 (Level 1 or basic) troubleshooting, L2 (Level 2 or advanced) troubleshooting, information about products, enquiries regarding product availability, escalating complaints and providing feedback to the company. The number would be operational from 10 am to 7 pm on all the days except Sundays and national holidays.
