Array Networks Recognized In Gartner’s Magic Quadrant For WAN Optimization

Array Networks Inc., a worldwide provider of application delivery ArrayNetworks_Partner Scheme (2)networking solutions, has been recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for WAN Optimization. Array’s inclusion for 2015 reflects its completeness of vision and ability to execute.

The aCelera WAN optimization controller speeds data transfers and reduces application response times over wide area networks by reducing the amount of traffic transmitted between remote offices, remote users, data centers and clouds. It completes Array’s existing solutions in application delivery controllers and secure access gateways, enabling customers to solve application delivery networking challenges at a fair price point.

aCelera has distinguished itself by its availability as a physical appliance from 10Mbps to 1Gbps throughput, as well as its software-based WAN optimization capabilities that support functionality such as compression, deduplication, HTTP, TCP, Common Intern File System (CIFS), Messaging APO (MAPI), Citrix Independent Computing Architecture (ICA), traffic shaping and quality of service (QoS). In addition, aCelera is available as a hardware or a virtual appliance for VMware ESX/ESXi, Microsoft Hyper-V, Citrix XenServer and Windows Server 2008 R2, addressing the demands of the growing types of application deployments.

“Array has worked to give customers a wide variety of solutions that assist in solving application delivery networking challenges,” said Mr Michael Zhao, President and CEO of Array Networks. “We are very excited to see that our successful vision and ability to execute are reflected in the latest Gartner Magic Quadrant and are committed to further improvement based upon meeting and exceeding customer expectation.”
