According to IDC’s Asia/Pacific Semiannual Application Networking Equipment Tracker 2015, Array Networks garnered 13% market share

Array Networks Inc., a global leader in application ArrayNetworks_Partner Scheme (2)delivery networking, has been recognized among the top three ADC vendors in India as per the IDC Asia/Pacific Semiannual Application Networking Equipment Tracker Report for the second half of 2015. Array Networks captured 13% (with respect to revenues) of the market share under Layer 4-7 product category and was ranked at #3 position.

The tracker report uncovers the current adoption trend, the market dynamics, and possible strategies that vendors could adopt. It provides market size, market share, and forecast in two main market segments – datacenter switching and WAN application delivery in APEJ.

Mr Shibu Paul, Regional Director (IN , GCC & SEA ) at Array Networks said, “Nowadays networks are much more complex because of the large volume of data and a broad range of applications accessed by distributed network users. It’s difficult for organizations to ensure efficiency while keeping security threats at bay. We, as a networking hardware company, offer the most advanced and best-in-class solutions to overcome these challenges. The recognition by IDC proves that we are continuously striving hard to serve better and our position reflects the confidence of our clients in Array Networks’ services.”

Array Networks added 125 new customers during 2015-16 and recorded an impressive revenue growth of 58%. The company successfully maintained its dominance in BFSI, PSU and Government sectors. With the recent launch of WAF in India, Array Networks is set to take on new challenges in Indian market.

“IDC’s recognition is a validation of our efforts and our decision to focus on the Indian market. Considering that other competitors derive a lot of business globally, Array has built the case completely on projects based out of India. Our investment in India has paid off and this could be a good starting point for our long journey in India,” added Mr Paul.

The tracker report is delivered on a semiannual basis with tools such as pivot tables and presentations. It considers both historical data as well as forecast data to rank IT firms.
