Archos, a French electronics company, has launched a slew of 4G-enabled Android 4.4 KitKat devices ahead of CES 2015 – which will commence from January 6. The electronic device maker has announced a total of four smartphones and three tablets. The prices and availability details of the devices have not yet been disclosed.

Starting with the smartphones, Archos announced the 50 Diamond along with the 45b Helium 4G, 50b Helium 4G and the 50c Helium, with the latter three part of its Helium 4G range. The dual-SIM supporting Archos 50 Diamond (seen above) sports a 5-inch full-HD IPS display with a 440ppi pixel density. A 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor coupled with 2GB of RAM powers the device. The handset also includes a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. A 2700mAh battery backs the smartphone.

The Archos 45b Helium 4G (seen above) features a 4.5-inch IPS display with FWVGA (480×854 pixel) resolution; a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor; an Adreno 305 GPU; 512MB of RAM; 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via a microSD card (up to 64GB); a 5-megapixel rear camera; a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and an 1850mAh battery.

The dual-SIM supporting Archos 50b Helium 4G (seen above) sports a 5-inch HD IPS display; a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor; an Adreno 306 GPU; 1GB of RAM; 8GB inbuilt storage expandable via a microSD card (up to 64GB); an 8-megapixel rear camera; a 2-megapixel front-facing, and a 2000mAh battery.

The third smartphone under the Helium 4G portfolio, Archos 50c Helium 4G (seen above), includes dual-SIM support and features a 5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixel) resolution IPS display; a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MK6732M processor; a Mali 760 MP2 GPU; 1GB RAM; 8GB inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card (up to 64GB); a 5-megapixel rear camera; a 0.3-megapxiel front-facing camera, and a 2500mAh battery.

As for the Helium 4G tablet segment, Archos announced the 101 Helium 4G, 80b Helium 4G and 70 Helium 4G devices. All the tablets come with dual-SIM support, but do not support voice-calling.

The Archos 101 Helium 4G (seen above) tablet includes a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800 pixel) resolution IPS display; a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8732 processor; a Mali 760 MP2 GPU; 1GB RAM; 8GB inbuilt storage expandable via microSD card (up to 64GB); a 5-megapixel rear camera; a 0.3-megapxiel front-facing camera, and a 6500mAh battery.

The Archos 80b Helium 4G (seen above) is a toned-down variant of the 101 Helium 4G tablet and shares most of the specifications except for an 8-inch display; a 2-megapixel rear camera; a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera, and a 3600mAh battery. Archos 70 Helium 4G also shares the same specifications except a 7-inch WSVGA (1024×600 pixel) resolution IPS display; 2-megapixel rear camera; 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2500mAh battery.
