Apple iPhone X gets its biggest-ever discount, and it’s not available online

Here’s one of the biggest discounts available on Apple’s tenth-anniversary iPhone –iPhone X. Claimed to be Apple’s most powerful and best-looking smartphone yet, iPhone X is available at a discount of Rs 12,000. The cashback offer is applicable on HDFC Bank Credit Card EMI, HDFC Bank Debit Card EMI and HDFC Bank Consumer Durable Loan transactions. The smartphone comes at an MRP of Rs 92,430 for the 64GB model and Rs 1,05,720 for the 256GB model.

A discount of Rs 12,000 on each will bring their prices down to Rs 80,430 for the 64GB variant and Rs 93,720 for the 256GB model. Other than iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone SE and iPhone 5s too are available on discount. Here’s how the discount goes on these handsets:
Apple iPhone X: Rs 12,000 discount
-Apple iPhone 8/iPhone 8 Plus: Rs 10,000 discount
-Apple iPhone 7/iPhone 7 Plus: Rs 3,000 discount
-Apple iPhone 6s/iPhone 6s Plus: Rs 2,000
-Apple iPhone 6/iPhone SE/iPhone 5s: Rs 1,000

Interestingly, these offers are not available online. To avail these discounts users need to visit their nearest Apple-authorised retail outlet. The list of Apple authourised stores across the country is also available at www.indiaistore.com/store-locator.

The offer, however, is not valid on HDFC Bank Corporate cards. The discount is offered in the form of cashback. The cashback amount will be credited within 90 days from the date of purchase.

Also mentioned is that the iPhone 7, 7 Plus, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus models are available under ‘No Extra Cost EMI’ Scheme. The discounts are available till March 11, 2018.

Apple devices are also available at discounts online as part of the ongoing sale. However, the cheapest one can get iPhone X online right now is for Rs 84,000 (approximately) on Amazon India’s website.
