After the resounding success of our 2013 Middle East Summit, we are excited to announce the MetricStream GRC Summit Middle East 2014,” said Shellye Archambeau, CEO of MetricStream. “Throughout our work with customers and partners across the Middle East, we have witnessed the incredible pace of growth and opportunities in these countries. With this, we’ve also seen the new challenges facing organizations when it comes to improving overall governance, driving risk awareness, and strengthening regulatory compliance. Our goal at MetricStream is to provide the most innovative and comprehensive solutions that address the challenges at hand, while also supporting the GRC community at large through our GRC Summits, which are designed to promote collaboration, learning, and discussion around GRC.

In 2013, the MetricStream GRC Summit Middle East brought together distinguished GRC leaders, practitioners, and analysts to discuss GRC trends, challenges, and best practices. This year, the theme of the 2014 summit is “Towards Pervasive GRC” which represents MetricStream’s vision and commitment to help organizations build compliant, well-governed, risk-aware cultures, and to ultimately enable individuals, businesses, governments, and societies to thrive on risk.

Businesses in the Middle East and Africa are increasingly global, interconnected, socially networked, and mobile. They’re reaching new consumers and new markets across the globe, and rapidly expanding their business operations and supply chains. With these changes come new and complex risks, as well as increasing regulatory pressures from both local and global authorities. To thrive in this environment, organizations need to manage their risks and compliance requirement in a proactive, streamlined, and intelligent manner.

MetricStream has been enabling and supporting companies in this endeavor through their integrated and innovative suite of GRC solutions. MetricStream’s strong presence in the Middle East includes customers from the biggest and most reputed companies from industries, including Energy, Oil & Gas, as well as Banking and Financial Services. MetricStream has a strong partner network throughout the region and helps customers realize value from their GRC program.
