Amid Covid19 Lockdown, Anker Innovations undertakes Training for its employees in India

Anker Innovations, a global leader in Technology, undertakes a unique Online Training program ‘Future Customer Behaviour and success’ for its employees in India. Under this two Weeks virtual program, the company aims to utilize the existing time period, among its remote employees, to help them gear up for the challenges and changes post Covid19.

Apart from the Training and support, the company aims to utilize the platform, to balance the emotional and mental well-being of the employees too. The Training is designed, with courses which will allow employees to learn from industry experts and insights and also gives them a chance to network and interact with them. The objective is to build a reservoir of information and foster the knowledge of the employees in functional, behavioural and technical skills. The re-skilling, aims to build acceptance and preparedness on the ‘new normal’ and its changing dynamics which shall also impact and re-structure the business scenario, post Covid19 in India.
