Allied Telesis’ Announces Strategic Initiatives for Partners in its Third Annual Partner Meet

55+ partners attended the meet, Allied Telesis gave a live demonstration of the POC set-up to the partners under various circumstances

BANGALORE, India – February 18, 2013

Allied Telesis leader in IP and Ethernet network solutions, , hosted its third annual partner meet at Chokhi Dhani, Jaipur. This was a two days event that attracted 55+ partners from across the country. The event focused on Allied Telesis’ strategic initiatives towards the certified training program that Allied Telesis are coming up for their partners.  The event showcased the upcoming new products of Allied Telesis.

The event had many sessions like ‘Stairway to the Cloud’ which gave the partners on Allied Telesis’ deployment of their solutions through cloud. This was followed by live POC set-up demonstration, which was one of the special sessions, which helped partners to get a comprehensive feel of some of the key feature sets and solutions suites Allied Telesis proposes for mid to large enterprises. They also exhibited some very unique and strong solution offerings through live POC’s addressing the booming security-surveillance market. Also, Allied Telesis shared some very strategic initiatives they are working on that would help them to take a more structured approach in the market and how their dedicated partners could be a part of this journey and grow with them.

The partners shared their views and the level of commitment and relationship that they have with Allied Telesis. There was a small felicitation program for the partners who were the winners in the “Where Eagles Dare” incentive scheme program. The Annual Partner Meet helped Allied Telesis, to strengthen their relationship with the partners and help them target the right kind of market for the upcoming product lines of Allied Telesis.

“For Allied Telesis India more than looking into huge profits, we are looking more into investment. Right now we have expanded into 5 locations in India already. From this year onwards we are also planning to invest into R&D operations in India which will take care mostly of software development. As a company we are focused on most emerging vertical markets. One of these markets is transportation. We also are keeping our focus on Government space and utility.” said Mr Jakub Duch, Director-Sales-APAC at Allied Telesis. “These kind of events are even to make the bonds between the partners, channels and our employees stronger. I think our team did tremendously good job on preparing all the collateral, preparing all the presentation materials and giving lots of very valuable information for our partners which will make them believe Allied Telesis as cutting edge technology company that can bring them very unique solutions that they can serve on Indian market” commented Jakub.

Mr Subhasish Gupta, Country Manager India & SAARC at Allied Telesis said, “We have focused in strategic partners rather than the volume of partners, we always believed in the quality of our partners. And today we are extremely happy, in the last three years we have seen 80% of the partners who have been a part of our annual partner conference are partners who work very closely. We have seen double digit growths and we believe that with the new kind of product range that we have launched in last two quarters, it will help us immensely to get into a much bigger growth in the coming year FY2013. We are bringing Allied Telesis certified training programs into the country which will again help the partner community immensely. Overall I would like to sum it up that our event was extremely successful and that the partners & we have huge amount of motivation towards working and building the business further in the country.”
