ADDA – The pioneering Community Management ERP with 12 years of thought leadership, has launched a Vendor Marketplace tailor-made for the management of Gated Communities. Currently presenting 150+ services ranging from Security Guards to Facade Painting to Pre-School setup inside Community.

This marketplace is available under the “Discover” feature of the ADDA app, visible only to the Management Committee members. It is also available on the ADDA portal’s Admin View for the Staff of the Association to send in Enquiries or RFQs. What’s more, it is integrated with the “Integrated Purchase Management” module that’s available for the Enterprise subscribers of ADDA. The Feature is designed to reduce the time for Associations to find the right vendor, as well as reduce the Cost of Customer Acquisition for the Vendors.

Residential Real Estate in India is seeing fresh growth with Housing Sales seeing an increase of 67% YoY in H1 of 2021, according to Knight Frank. In Urban areas, Gated Communities (Apartment Complexes or Villa Complexes) are the preferred choice of Housing. With more than 50 Lakh Units launched in India in the past 12 years, Gated Communities are growing not only in Numbers but also in Size.

If you are a Secretary of a Housing Association and google Housekeeping agency, you will find many on portals like IndiaMart, Justdial, Sulekha, etc. But you end up spending many hours going through Vendors who may be only serving Commercial Complexes, or may not have the capability to serve a large complex like yours, or may not serve in your locality. This is where ADDA’s “Discover for Association” becomes a focussed Marketplace for you, matching the right Vendor with your requirement.” says Venkat Kandaswamy Co-founder and CTO of ADDA.

This has increased demands on the Companies that service these Gated Communities. While small Communities need at a minimum Cleaning and Security Guard services, Large Communities require more advanced services like Landscaping, STP/WTP maintenance, Clubhouse Management, Pool Maintenance, IoT hardware, etc. The Annual Expense on these Services is estimated to be INR 24,000 Crore or USD 3.5Billion

We are dedicated to making the Ecosystem around Residential Communities a grand Success. This is where it becomes important to make Quality Vendors successful who serve these communities“ says Ashika Sripathi, Co-founder and Chief Evangelist.
