MyOperator Ties Up With PM Modi’s Mann Ki Baat With Its Cloud Telephony Services

Citizens can now register their queries and concerns for the PM through a simple call

MyOperator, the call management system on the cloud has tied up with the Government of India to provide its stellar cloud telephony services for Prime Minister Modi’s radio programme Mann Ki Baat. Through its powerful technology architecture, MyOperator has collaborated with the programme to handle the just launched tollfree number 1800-3000-7800. This service will facilitate those citizens of the country who wish to record their problems, thoughts or questions for the PM to address during Mann Ki Baat.

So far, one had to log on to the open forum on the MyGov.in website or send letters to connect with the government. With the option of recording one’s comments through call, the PM and the Mann Ki Baat programme will be able to reach a much wider audience throughout the country.
