Datawind Announces UbiSlate 7C+x Tablet @ Rs 4,999

Datawind has recently launched UbiSlate 7C+x tablet in the Indian market. Priced at Rs. 4999, the pocket-friendly tablet is available to buy via Naaptol’s TV, print and online shopping platforms. Apparently, it has joined hands with Reliance Communications to provide one year unlimited free internet.

Datawind UbiSlate 7C+x sports a 17.7cm (7 inch) HD IPS display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. Powered by a 1GHz Cortex A8 processor, the tablet offers 512MB RAM and 4GB ROM which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD. Backed by a 2000mAh battery, the device is currently available in black.

The phone runs on Android 4.0 KitKat and features no camera. It has no Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC or Infrared connectivity.
