Information and Communications Technology (ICT) distribution leader Rashi Peripherals Limited (RP Tech) has officially moved beyond traditional product fulfillment. The company announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an upfront 67% controlling stake in Mumbai-based enterprise solutions firm VDA Infosolutions for a cash consideration of ₹368.50 crore. The strategic deal values VDA at an implied equity valuation of ₹550 crore.
Under the terms of the staggered purchase agreement, the remaining 33% stake will be bought out in three equal annual tranches of 11% each, concluding in full ownership by August 2029. This forward integration allows Rashi Peripherals to capitalize on the soaring demand for localized enterprise cloud platforms, AI-enabled IT architectures, advanced data storage, and cybersecurity.
Founded in 2010, VDA Infosolutions maintains a robust infrastructure footprint across major Indian tech hubs, generating an aggregate revenue of ₹850 crore in FY26. Backed by a workforce of over 1,000 certified professionals and carrying tier-one partnerships with global OEMs like IBM, Dell, Broadcom, and Palo Alto Networks, VDA injects a highly lucrative, recurring-revenue system integration engine directly into Rashi Peripherals’ vast nationwide distribution channel.
