Delta IT Network Strengthens Cybersecurity & Digital Transformation for a Prominent Organization

Delta IT Network has successfully delivered a large-scale digital workplace and cybersecurity transformation project for a renowned Indian organization, marking a major milestone in strengthening their security and collaboration infrastructure. The engagement focused on enhancing cybersecurity strength while modernizing workplace productivity through advanced cloud collaboration tools.

The project involved the migration of more than 1,200 enterprise mailboxes, along with structured data and collaboration workloads across multiple business divisions. In addition, enterprise-grade email security solutions were deployed for over 1,500 users, alongside the implementation of identity and access management policies across business units and endpoints.

A Security-First Digital Workplace

This transformation initiative was designed to support the organization’s long-term digital strategy by building a secure, scalable, and collaborative digital workplace environment.  Delta IT Network executed a successful migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, ensuring zero data loss and uninterrupted business operations during the transition.

The new platform centralizes document management, strengthens communication security, and enforces identity-based access controls. Employees can now securely access business resources only from verified devices and trusted environments, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

Stronger Email Protection and Threat Défense

As part of the cybersecurity upgrade, Delta IT Network implemented advanced email threat protection solutions. The deployment now protects the enterprise against phishing attempts, business email compromise, and zero-day malware threats.

Email-based attacks remain one of the most common cyber risks globally. With the new security framework in place, the organization has significantly strengthened its ability to detect and prevent such threats before they impact business operations.

Integration with an Existing Zero Trust Ecosystem

Delta IT Network integrated Microsoft 365 security controls with these existing systems to build a unified, policy-driven security environment.

This integration enables advanced features such as:

  • Conditional access based on device posture
  • Identity-aware authentication
  • Centralized security policy enforcement across collaboration tools and endpoints

The result is a highly secure and controlled digital ecosystem that aligns with modern enterprise security frameworks.

Backup, Compliance, and Business Continuity

To ensure data resilience and regulatory compliance, the project also included a comprehensive Microsoft 365 backup architecture covering:

  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint
  • OneDrive
  • Microsoft Teams

This was complemented by Multi-Factor Authentication, Data Loss Prevention policies, and conditional access controls, enabling the enterprise to achieve higher standards of recoverability, compliance readiness, and operational continuity.

Key Outcomes Delivered

Seamless enterprise-wide migration to Microsoft 365
Strengthened email security and reduced cyberattack surface
Integrated endpoint and identity security framework
Improved compliance readiness and operational scalability
