In an exclusive conversation with, Yogendra Rajput, Managing Director of MapleCloud Technologies, outlined how the company is driving innovation in networking and cybersecurity. He emphasized the importance of AI, strategic partnerships, and a robust partner ecosystem in delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready IT solutions.
IT Voice- What’s your philosophy when it comes to driving technology innovation?
Yogendra Rajput: Innovation for us is not about adding features—it’s about solving real-world problems effectively. We focus on anticipating market needs, integrating emerging technologies early, and ensuring our products deliver measurable value to customers. Whether in networking or cybersecurity, we aim for solutions that are secure, scalable, and simple to use.
IT Voice- Can you share some recent innovations from your product portfolio—whether in networking hardware, cybersecurity, or AI-powered tools—that have made a significant market impact?
Yogendra Rajput: From DevRay’s side, our Network Switching, Nextgen Firewall and SD-WAN has brought enterprise-grade security and intelligent routing to SMEs. On the MapleCloud side, our FRS Solution and AI-enhanced SIEM are making a tangible impact in combating sophisticated cyber threats. Both companies are integrating AI in a way that boosts efficiency without complicating user experience.
IT Voice- AI is transforming every sector. How are you integrating AI and automation into solutions like SIEM, FRA, Firewall or Network Management Systems?
Yogendra Rajput: AI in our systems enables predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automated remediation. For example, our AI-powered SIEM reduces false positives and prioritizes critical threats, while AI in our Network Management System automates load balancing and proactive fault resolution.
IT Voice- In cybersecurity, threats evolve rapidly. How do your AI-driven capabilities ensure proactive detection and response for clients?
Yogendra Rajput: Our approach combines threat intelligence feeds, behavioral analytics, and machine learning models that continuously adapt to new attack patterns. This enables us to detect threats before they escalate, and in many cases, neutralize them automatically without human intervention.
IT Voice- Collaboration seems to be a major growth driver for your companies. Can you tell us about some strategic partnerships or joint development projects you’ve undertaken?
Yogendra Rajput: We’ve partnered with regional system integrators for local market insights, collaborated with OEM vendors to integrate our solutions into broader platforms, and worked with academic institutions on R&D for AI and security algorithms.
IT Voice- How do you work with OEM and technology partners to co-create or customize solutions for different markets?
Yogendra Rajput: We adopt a co-innovation model—sharing our expertise in networking and security, while our partners bring local compliance knowledge and market-specific requirements. This allows us to deliver regionally optimized products without compromising on performance or security.
IT Voice- Channels and distribution are critical in the IT industry. How are you building and supporting a strong partner ecosystem in India and overseas?
Yogendra Rajput: We have a three-tier partner program that includes onboarding, technical certification, and joint go-to-market activities. Our focus is on empowering partners with training, demo gear, marketing resources, and competitive incentives.
IT Voice- Do you have any partner enablement programs, incentive schemes, or special offers that make collaboration with your companies more attractive?
Yogendra Rajput: Yes, our Partner Advantage Program offers tier-based incentives, deal registration benefits, exclusive training, and priority access to new product launches. This ensures our partners are motivated and well-equipped to promote our solutions.
IT Voice- How do you tailor your offerings for specific verticals like BFSI, government, education, or healthcare—where security and performance demands differ?
Yogendra Rajput: We build vertical-specific configurations—for BFSI, we focus on compliance-heavy, high-security designs; for education, we provide scalable and cost-effective solutions; for healthcare, we ensure HIPAA-like privacy controls and fast, secure data exchange.
IT Voice- R&D plays a big role in staying competitive. How do your teams collaborate internally and with external innovators to speed up product development?
Yogendra Rajput: Our R&D teams work in agile sprints and collaborate with external researchers for specialized areas like AI modeling. We also run innovation labs where prototypes are tested with select clients before full-scale rollout.
IT Voice- The Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and African markets are emerging hotspots for tech adoption. How are you positioning your companies to tap into these opportunities?
Yogendra Rajput: We are actively building strategic alliances with local distributors and setting up demo and training centers in these regions. Our “Make in India” approach also gives us a competitive pricing advantage without compromising quality.
IT Voice- Looking ahead, what’s on the product and innovation roadmap for DevRay IT Solutions and MapleCloud Technologies over the next few years?
Yogendra Rajput: We’re focusing on AI-driven autonomous networking, cloud-native security platforms, and expanding our Firewall, SDWAN, Network Switching, AI-SIEM/XDR, FRS, ZTNA, EMS and advanced threat detection capabilities. The goal is to be a one-stop provider for secure, intelligent, and adaptable IT infrastructure solutions globally.
IT Voice- There has been discussion around a tariff war between India and the US. How can this situation potentially benefit ‘Make in India’ companies?
Yogendra Rajput: A tariff war can create both challenges and opportunities. For ‘Make in India’ companies, it can accelerate domestic demand for locally manufactured products as imports become costlier. It also opens up the possibility for Indian companies to step into markets where US imports may lose competitiveness. For us, this means strengthening our R&D, expanding capacity, and offering globally competitive products that can fill these gaps both domestically and in other regions.
