Micro Focus (LSE: MCRO; NYSE: MFGP) today announced that its Service Management Automation X (SMAX) platform has been named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Enterprise Service Management, Q4 2019. The report states that Micro Focus SMAX has evolved to expand the scope of services beyond IT and integrate further intelligence into the service delivery lifecycle.
