Cash Suvidha appoints Gauri Shankar & Bhupinder Nayyar as Independent Directors

Usha Financial Services Pvt ltd., trading under the name of Cash Suvidha has appointed Gauri Shankar & Bhupinder Nayyar as its new Independent Directors, having 40 years and 38 years of experience respectively in the financial sector.

Gauri Shankar has previously worked as Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director in Punjab national bank in the year 2015. He has also served as the Executive Director of the same bank. His expertise includes banking, finance, operations, Assets Recovery, Learning & Development (HR), & Strategy and Planning.

Bhupinder Nayyar has an experience of 38 years in the banking industry in different parts of the operation, which includes overseeing various Zones across the country & Foreign assignment besides overseeing of major portfolios of the Bank like Large Corporate Credit, Treasury,  International Banking Division, Human Resource Development Department, Merchant Banking Division,  Risk Management,  Accounts,  Compliance, Credit Monitoring, Rural Development & Priority Sector etc.
