A leading digital technology company has been ranked #49 among India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces by Great Place to Work Institute®, a global research, consulting and training firm engaged in conducting workplace culture studies across the world.

Great Place to Work® Institute India and Mint conducted the study to explore workplace culture trends across mid-size workplaces which have 100 to 500 employees. TO THE NEW is among the very few who have made it to this list which includes companies from various industries such as manufacturing, financial services and information technology. The company has won this award for building a high-trust, high-performance culture in the organization.

More than 300 companies participated in this anonymous survey and the best companies were identified majorly on the basis of employees’ perspectives and people practices implemented across the organizations such as workplace culture, friendly environment, benefits and perks, development and growth etc.
