Xiaomi Mi 6 sports 12 MP dual- camera at the back

Chinese smartphone maker launched its flagship smartphone Mi 6 in China. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 830 processor and comes with a starting price tag of CNY 2,999.
One of the main highlight of the smartphone is its dual rear camera setup. The Mi 6 sports two cameras in the back which comprises of two 12MP modules. One is a wide angle lens with 4-axis image stabilisation, while another is a telephoto lens with 2X optical and 10X digital zoom. There is also an 8MP front camera for video calling and clicking selfies. The company claims that both the cameras are capable of recording 4K videos.
The smartphone comes with a four-sided 3D curved glass design with minimal bezels. The glass body of the smartphone is surrounded by a stainless steel frame. The power button and volume keys are located on the right side of the device, while the SIM card tray is on the left. The bottom consists of stereo speakers and a USB Type -C port. This is also the first Xiaomi smartphone that doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack. The smartphone has a dual rear camera setup. The fingerprint sensor is on the front panel.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 comes with a 5.15-inch Full HD display of 1080×1920 pixel resolution. The company claims that the display satisfies China’s colour standards and prevents discomfort caused due to colour shifts. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor, the same SoC which is used in Samsung’s Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ flagship smartphones.
It is the first Xiaomi smartphone to come with 6GB of RAM. It comes in two storage variants — 64GB and 128GB. However, there’s no microSD expansion.
The smartphone has all the major connectivity options along with the Bluetooth 5.0 support. The device is backed by a 3,350 mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support.
