Following the release of the NW-A306 Walkman, Sony India launched the NW-ZX707 Walkman for audiophile and hi-fi aficionados with enhanced sound and a longer battery life.
The NW-ZX707 is a music player with great quality and a contemporary look that provides a real listening experience. It contains a DSD Remastering Engine that converts PCM audio to 11.2 MHz DSD for improved enjoyment. The NW-ZX707 utilises S-Master HX digital amp technology and a reflow solder with gold for improved sound localization and a bigger sound region, similar to the most recent Signature Walkman model. Furthermore, it supports the original DSD format.
The NW-ZX707 has FTCAP3 (High polymer capacitor), fine-tuned capacitors, and a substantial solid high polymer capacitor for high capacitance and low resistance. An OFC milled block covers the digital block, producing sound that seems to appear out of nowhere. The player also has a large 8mm coil for balanced output and enhanced sound resolution across all frequencies.
The NW-ZX707 upscales compressed music in real-time using Edge-AI and DSEE UltimateTM. CD-quality lossless codec audio benefits more from the new algorithm. The battery life of the device is up to 25 hours for playing of 44.1 kHz FLAC, up to 23 hours for playback of 96 kHz FLAC High-Res Audio, and up to 22 hours for streaming.
