ITVoice :- The Indian IT industry has grown tremendously in the last two decades. How do you foresee the Indian IT businesses evolve in 2016?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- Increased connectivity and intelligent communications is rising, owing to the evolution of the network and communication systems shifting the way we work. In the coming days enterprises will consider enterprise solution vendors to ensure capabilities that include: intelligent support for network infrastructure, voice, video and conferencing capabilities across the enterprise network, video surveillance, and so on; these hold tremendous promise in the enterprise environment.
The engagement model and innovative offerings will become critical success factors in the coming years and customers will be aligning with strategic vendors who can offer solutions built around their requirement.
ITVoice :- As a leading Networking player, how is Eurotech contributing to build the domestic market?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- We are focussed on delivering innovative products & solutions and time-to-market processes and invested heavily in R&D.
We see great opportunity in SMEs: SMEs are increasing their demand for sophisticated network infrastructure. We also see a bigger understanding for the need to invest more in advanced equipment in order to maximize network and capabilities, reduce operational expenditure and streamline work.
Smart Cities initiative is a great opportunity. Our focus on this segment is supported by ready availability of our products in India, by our aggressive prices, especially compared to other premium brands, our extensive portfolio and complete range of solutions, good installer partners and strong support along with post sales services.
ITVoice :- What are some of the key priorities for Eurotech in India and how do you plan to achieve?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- Networking segment has been driving big growth, as SMEs and Large Enterprises in BFSI, Retail, Hospitality and Govt. sectors are investing in intelligent infrastructure. Our BestNet brand is now established as end-to-end provider of networking products and offers the best range of data networking and communications product line across active and passive list of offerings.
There is a huge base of small and medium businesses (SMBs) in India and this market segment presents tremendous opportunity. As enterprises are looking at scaling their communications infrastructure, Networking & IP Surveillance is poised for strong growth in the coming years. Enterprises across all verticals mainly; Hospitality, Retail, Real – Estate, BFSI, Manufacturing and Large infrastructure deployments in SMBs along with Government’s increased focus on IT spending will be strongly driving our solutions.
ITVoice :- Products that Eurotech Technologies has in its portfolio? Are there any plans to add new categories?

ITVoice :- Recently you have added security and surveillance products to your portfolio? Pls share a brief on that?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- The BestNet Analog and IP Surveillance product line-up is available in 18 plus models and comprises of IR Bullet Camera’s and IR Dome Camera’s to suit a variety of applications. We have also launched 4,8,16 & 32 Channel standalone HD – DVRs, equipped with HDMI port to offer adequate and advanced surveillance solution at affordable costs. We look forward to deliver best-in-class video surveillance products & solutions and work towards ensuring a safe environment.
ITVoice :- The key market segments / verticals Eurotech is focusing at? Where is the big growth likely to come from?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- We are focusing on ensuring robust technology solution that is viable and suits the customers’ demands and we have been successful in positioning the BestNet products amongst the enterprises. We see tremendous growth in ICT & increased adoption of unified communications, cloud computing and collaboration services. Due to demand for network bandwidth, the LAN and WAN cabling would witness higher than average growth; voice, data and video services will further drive the overall infrastructure growth. The Smart Cities initiative of the government, extensive roll out of ICT infrastructure and changing business & technological trends offer amazing opportunities.
ITVoice :- How will the role of channel partners evolve in the coming days? How significant will be their contribution?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- Channel Partners will be playing a significant role in helping customers choose the right solution and deploy. We are working towards empowering our channel partners with a wide and unique portfolio of products and solutions
We offer our partners attractive price-points, exceptional training and education (including technical, product & sales training) joint customer visits, product demonstrations, technical and pre-sales support and lead creation. We are focussing significantly on developing our channel eco-system to enable increased market penetration across the country.
ITVoice :- How do you see the growth this year? What is your short term & long term vision?
Mr. Anuj Jain :- In the next few years the market will witness a phenomenal growth. This is mainly driven by high internet penetration, LTE deployments, surveillance solutions, video conferencing capabilities, increased no. of smart phones and cutting edge applications.
We are seeing growing demand for high-speed network infrastructure. Our marketing strategy in India focuses on understanding the specific needs of the customers and delivering best-of-breed solutions. There is a large base of customers in the tier-1 and tier-II cities and a huge need for IT infrastructure. We are working towards bringing newer technologies and products to address advance enterprise communications market across key verticals.
