Shweta: How do you think your enterprise channel partners should pitch ESET to execute profitable business deals?

Mr. Pankaj Jain: ESET partners are very well trained & competent to execute all business deals. We provide our partners techno commercial training to handle all the technical & commercial queries.

Shweta: What are new lead-generation campaigns that are being planned to help the distributors?

Mr. Pankaj Jain: Lead generation is a continuous activity at ESET. Apart from all the conventional campaigns we do a lot of unconventional campaigns for lead generation. Ads & contests are also a part of our lead generation activities.

Shweta: How do you plan to compete with other security focused brands in India?

Mr. Pankaj Jain: Although there are many features which makes ESET one of the most advanced AV suite but few of the worth to mention features are

We have a complete platter of solution to help government organizations to fight against threats & offer complete security.

Shweta: With virtualization and cloud gain across enterprise, what will be ESET approach in this aspect?

ESET carefully analyzes threats, attack vectors, and patterns to perfect all heuristic and signature updates – protecting from emerging threats. All scanning engine updates are small in size and quickly dispatched to ESET users worldwide for comprehensive malware detection without slowing down their system.

Shweta: With competition increasing in this segment, service in addition will play an important role in maintain the brand name of the company? Please comment.

Mr. Pankaj Jain:  ESET has claimed first place among 16 security products tested in the latest AV-Comparatives Anti-phishing Report. We are very proud that ESET Smart Security has blocked 99 percent of the phishing websites and did not record any false positive alarm.

New emerging threats are the biggest concern for AV industry. Servicing becomes difficult with the evolution of new threats, but we are very sure with we will provide security for our customers, and safe internet browsing always come first.
