NIIT Technologies Limited, a leading global IT solutions organization has been ranked third in delivering Business Value and fifth in providing general satisfaction in the 2016 UK IT Outsourcing Study conducted by Whitelane Research and PA Consulting Group.
The research examined over 800 unique IT outsourcing contracts held by more than 250 of the top IT spending organisations in the United Kingdom. In total, 27 IT service providers were included in the study, with each participant required to have at least eight client evaluations to qualify for inclusion.

The UK study is part of Whitelane’s annual extensive IT outsourcing studies. The survey shows the main sourcing trends and positions of the main IT service providers based on different key performance indicators (KPIs. The KPI’s have been divided into four dimensions – Service delivery, Relationship, Commercial and Transformation.
