IT services provider Mphasis has announced the launch of HyperGraf for big data analytics, enabling real-time decision making for enterprises.
An omni-channel digital 360 solution, HyperGraf is the first Mphasis Next Labs solution. It provides comprehensive, real-time and actionable customer engagement insights across data points spread over multiple customer engagement channels, the company said in a statement.
Mphasis Next Labs, launched in March this year, is a strategic initiative to research and innovate on emergent and future paradigms.
“There are rapid progressions in technology which is impacting businesses in ways never imagined before…Mphasis Next Labs is an investment in this direction,” Ganesh Ayyar, chief executive officer of Mphasis said.
Cloud-based HyperGraf enables enterprises to innovate and make strategic decisions by analyzing content, collaboration and commerce networks, according to the company.
It generates actionable insights by bridging the gap between enterprise data and external and third party data such as social media, credit scores, open data and other multi-media datasets, the statement said.
