Konica Minolta Wins BLI Summer 2016 Picks In The A3 MFP Category
Leader in print and enterprise content management Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia (BSA) was recently awarded the BLI Summer 2016 Pick awards for its bizhub C308 and bizhub 227 series of multi-function printers (MFP). The MFPs belong to Konica Minolta’s line of colour and monochrome range of printers respectively.
The Konica Minolta devices and their award categories are:
bizhub C308: Outstanding 21- to 30-ppm A3 Colour MFP
bizhub 227: Outstanding 21- to 30-ppm A3 Monochrome MFP
The BLI Pick awards, presented twice annually, is organised by Buyers Laboratory LLC, a key provider of intelligence on the document imaging and solutions industry. Through rigorous lab testing over six months, the award measures hardware and software offerings, ranging from entry-level inkjet printers to high-end production presses in their respective categories. The tests assess a wide range of the most important features and performance factors for buyers.
Jonathan Yeo, General Manager for Konica Minolta BSA, said: “From the tests, the bizhub C308 and bizhub 227 stood out for their reliability and efficiency enhancing capabilities. These attributes are especially valuable for busy workgroups that need to keep workflow moving throughout the day. We are proud to receive these awards, and it is gratifying that our emphasis in the A3 MFP arena is formally recognised.”
“The Konica Minolta bizhub C308 and bizhub 227 are designed to keep your small- to mid-size workgroup productive,” said BLI Manager of Lab Operations Joe Ellerman. “Excellent reliability, user-replaceable drums and high paper capacities minimises downtime, while the BLI award winning MyTab in the drivers lets you set preferences and shortcuts at the desktop and up to 25 shortcut keys saves time for walk-up users. You can also sync your smartphone or tablet to the MFP to simplify mobile printing.”
