Intelenet® Global Services was highly commended for their customer service at the Mortgage Finance Gazette Awards. Intelenet Global Services® competed against industry heavyweights who have provided innovative solutions and tools to deliver exceptional customer experience. The Mortgage Finance Gazette Award 2017 was attended by the winners of the awards in recognition of improvements made to the mortgage and financial services industry. Categories focused on innovation, customer service, CSR, community services and leadership.
Intelenet® Global Services has partnered with one of UK’s national banks to support them to enhance the operational efficiency of the customer’s mortgage lifecycle. The team worked on various in-house automation tools to provide a customer centric innovative solution to simplify end-to-end processes and improve the end customer experience. Intelenet® Global Services successfully deployed their solutions which reduced the processing time from 21 day to 7 days.
