The component is also customisable with a redesigned Ambient LED application, giving users control of the LEDs which surround the motherboard.
“The motherboard is also about looks and sleekness. It offers more LED customizations than ever, allowing users to truly adapt their PC to match their lifestyle. With a redesigned Ambient LED application, the user has complete control over the LEDs which surround the motherboard,” says the company.
In terms of performance, the GA-Z170X-Ultra features fast onboard storage with NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 110mm M.2. On a related note, Gigabyte had in August launched its Radeon RX 460 WINDFORCE OC edition graphics cards based on the latest Polaris 11 GPU with two memory variants of 4GB and 2GB models. Powered directly from the PCI Express slot, the RX 460 graphics cards do not require auxiliary power. They boast of an overclocking performance of up to 1,212MHz.
It features two semi-passive 80mm fans and blade fan design for enhancing airflow. The WINDFORCE 2X cooling system ensures the RX 460 WINDFORCE OC run cool and virtually inaudible while low-latency gaming for the most popular eSports games, according to the company.
