Flipkart is giving Rs 8,000 discount on this ‘world’s most searched smartphone’

The Indian e-commerce major Flipkart is organising a New Pinch sale . During the three day sale, the e-tailer is offering discounts on various smartphones. So, as part of the sale, the company is also giving massive discount on the world’s most searched iPhone of the year – iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Google shared its list of ‘top trending phones’ in India during the year 2017 and according to it iPhone 8 topped the list.
Flipkart is offering flat discount of Rs 8,001 on iPhone 8 Plus and Rs 2,001 on iPhone 8. The iPhone 8 Plus which was launched at a starting price of Rs 73,000 is now available for Rs 64,999 and the iPhone 8 is available at a starting price tag of Rs 61,999 after the discount. Along with the discount the company is also giving an exchange offer 18,000 on both the smartphones. Moreover, if you have an OnePlus 3 or OnePlus 3T then you will get additional exchange value of Rs 3,000. The HDFC credit and debit card holders will get instant 10% discount on the purchase. If you can Axis bank buzz credit card then you can get extra 5% off. Both the devices are also available with no cost EMI option.
The company launched both the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus in September this year along with the company’s anniversary edition iPhone X.
For those unaware, the iPhone 8 comes with a 4.7-inch Retina HD screen, while the iPhone 8 Plus has a 5.5-inch Retina HD screen. The smartphones are powered by the company’s own A11 Bionic chipset and run iOS 11 operating system.
The iPhone 8 Plus comes with a dual rear camera setup with two 12MP modules, while the iPhone 8 has a single 12MP camera. Both the devices comes with a 7MP facetime camera. The iPhone 8 Plus also comes with a “Portrait Lighting” mode. The mode senses depth in the image and adjusts the lighting on the face of the subject accordingly. The smartphone comes in two storage variants – 64GB and 256GB.
The Apple iPhone 8 and the iPhone 8 Plus come in Silver, Space Grey and Gold variant and also support wireless charging technology.
