Today, Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications software, systems and services, avayaannounced the next evolution of the company’s channel partner program. With a large and loyal base of channel partners, Avaya is encouraging the entrepreneurial spirit of these companies with a host of new advancements that drive growth, increase rewards and reduce administrative requirements.

• Less is more – Avaya is optimizing existing benefit programs by consolidating numerous incentives and making them more potent. Partners will spend less time researching and applying for incentives and have more time to grow their Avaya business with new customers and markets.

• More equals even more – Partners with the greatest scope and capacity across all Avaya solutions will be eligible for additional incentives along with discounted co-delivery services. Motivated, fast-growing experts expanding key market segments such as midmarket, networking and cloud can also enjoy the fruits of their efforts with extra rebates.

• Best foot forward gets rewarded: Customers demand exceptional support. Avaya’s next generation Co-Delivery Partner program recognizes Avaya partners who deliver exceptional customer experiences. Starting in FY17, partners will be measured against industry leading key performance indicators and metrics. Enhanced customer support leads to increased customer stickiness and loyalty, and increased revenue opportunities for our partners.
