Amtrak My Class Buddy A700 E and A722G E for students in Rajasthan

imagesAmtrak Info System Pvt. Ltd. has introduced education tablets – Amtrak My Class Buddy A700 E and A722G E – for students in Rajasthan. The educational tablets will facilitate Rajasthan government’s recent decision to distribute cheques to buy tablets for 3.5 lakh students from 35,819 government schools, who secured second to eleventh position in the merit list of Class Eight.

Amtrak comes with an exclusive pre-booking offer and can be booked by paying Rs. 500 only. It will be delivered in 21 days and can be booked at all leading stationery, telecom and IT shops located in Rajasthan.

The firm advertises 17.7-cm (7-inch) My Class Buddy tablets as a dedicated smart school solution, which will provide access to the best of content for students. Seemingly, the tablets have been designed in a way that they provide valuable study materials and features to the students.

The tablet is preloaded with Rajasthan State Board Hindi complete syllabus digital books and also offers unlimited cloud storage through eNlight Space to help students save their homework, projects and assignments for life time. It also features an e-library that has 50,000 useful books from Bookchums.

“Our vision is to develop a pure education solution for a school student by incorporating extra space for important content like school assignments, e-books of state board-recommended course content, with cutting-edge cloud computing technology,” said Sandeep Arya, MD, Amtrak Info System Pvt. Amtrak also has offered a free keyboard – Play-mate that originally costs Rs. 899 – along with My Class Buddy A700 E. The tablet is powered with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich operating system), Cortex-A8 1.0 Ghz Processor, a 17.7-cm (7-inch) capacitive multi-touch screen (800 x 480 resolution) and Mali 400 GPU along with 0.3 MP front-facing camera.

The educational tablet features a 512 MB RAM and is equipped with a 4 GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 32 GB. It also has an in-built 3 Axis Gravity Acceleration Sensor, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G with USB modem and 3600 mAh Li-ion polymer battery. The students can also use it for making calls as it is equipped with a dual-SIM (stand-by) provision for 2G.
