D-Link To Open New Service Centres Across Country


In a bid to improve its post-sales support and increase coverage, D-Link is planning to open D-Link Service Centres (DSCs) across the country.

In the first phase, D-Link will operate 10 DSCs in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Cochin, Goa, Ahmedabad, Indore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata. In addition, the company will appoint 38 D-Link Service Partners (DSPs) and D-Link Collection Centres (DACs) covering a total 49 cities.


In the second phase, the company plans to spread DSCs and DSPs in 100 cities. In addition it will also set up 500 plus courier points.

“With growing installed base of D-Link products and growing penetration, we have laid high prominence on customer engagement and service support. DSC is one such step in developing infrastructure and support system that enhances customer experience,” said Tushar Sighat, CEO, D-Link India.

In phase two of the project, the company is targeting 100 plus cities and the number of courier points will also increase to more than 500.
